Welcome to Rinnit (rinnit.com), operated by Baraa Alnahhal ("Rinnit", "we", "us"). By using our website, reading our content, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. WHO CAN USE RINNIT
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account or make a purchase. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must give accurate information when you register or order.
2. HEALTH CONTENT IS FOR EDUCATION ONLY
Articles, videos and other health content on Rinnit are provided for general educational purposes. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they do not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and Rinnit, its authors or reviewers. Always seek the advice of your own doctor or another qualified healthcare professional with any questions about a medical condition, and never delay or ignore professional advice because of something you read on Rinnit. If you think you have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately. We work to keep content accurate and up to date, but medical knowledge changes and we cannot guarantee that every article is complete or current.
3. WELLNESS PRODUCTS
Physical products sold on Rinnit are general wellness, self-care and fitness items. They are not medical devices unless a product page expressly states otherwise, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Read and follow the product instructions, use products only as intended, and consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, an implant, a pacemaker, or are unsure whether a product is suitable for you. You use these products at your own risk. Product descriptions, images and specifications come partly from our supply partners; we do our best to keep them accurate but minor differences may occur.
4. ORDERS, PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice; the price at the time you place your order applies. We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item is unavailable, the price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. You are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by your country.
5. SHIPPING, RETURNS AND DIGITAL ITEMS
Shipping, delivery, returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. DIGITAL TEMPLATE LICENSE
When you buy a digital template, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use it in your own personal and commercial projects, including work for your clients, for an unlimited number of projects. You may not resell, sublicense, share, give away or redistribute the template files themselves, in original or modified form; use them to create a competing template or stock product; or claim authorship of the original template. The copyright in the templates stays with Rinnit or its licensors. If you break these license terms, the license ends and you must delete your copies.
7. OUR CONTENT AND TRADEMARKS
All content on Rinnit, including articles, text, graphics, logos, videos and the site design, is owned by Rinnit or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may read, share links to, and print articles for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or sell our content without our written permission.
8. YOUR CONDUCT
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, uploading malicious code, scraping content, impersonating others, or using the site for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SUPPLIERS
Rinnit may link to third-party websites and works with third-party suppliers, warehouses and payment providers. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties.
10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The site, its content and the products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rinnit and Baraa Alnahhal will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site, its content or the products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
12. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify Rinnit against claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site or products.
13. CHANGES
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version on this site with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you have a problem, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the courts located in Delaware, unless the consumer-protection laws of your country give you the right to bring a claim where you live.
